Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Buildcrew is a brand of PRUTHIHQ AI SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, India (CIN U62011HR2026OPC141999, GSTIN 06AAQCP7276E1ZZ). Our registered office is 3689 Third Floor, Sector 23, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017, Haryana, India.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean PRUTHIHQ AI SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. We are the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, because we market to and collect personal information from people in Australia, we also comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call through our site or Cal.com, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and website, your role, team size, the software systems you use, and any notes you add. If you email us, we keep the email and our reply.
Information collected automatically. When you visit buildcrew.dev we collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click, and how you arrived at the site, including any advertising click identifiers in the URL.
Information from Meta. If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta gives us an anonymous click identifier and browser identifier. We do not receive your Facebook or Instagram profile.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure whether our advertising works and to reach people who are likely to be interested in Buildcrew. The pixel sets cookies named _fbp and _fbc on your browser and records page views, clicks on "Book a call", and completed bookings.
When you complete a booking we also send Meta a server-side copy of that event. It includes your email address, phone number and name in hashed form, your IP address, browser type and the Meta cookie values. Meta uses this to match the booking to an ad and to build audiences of people similar to you. Meta's own use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can adjust your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
We use no other analytics or advertising trackers. You can block the pixel with a browser extension or by disabling third-party cookies; the site still works.
4. Why we use your information
- To run the call you booked and follow up afterwards.
- To assess whether Buildcrew suits your business.
- To measure and improve our advertising, and to show ads to people similar to our customers.
- To keep the site secure and to comply with law.
Our lawful bases are your consent (when you book a call or accept tracking), and our legitimate interest in marketing and operating our business. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Cal.com, Inc. (United States) hosts our booking calendar and stores booking details.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States) receives pixel and Conversions API data as described above.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts the site and stores booking records for matching later events.
- Google LLC (United States) provides our video conferencing and email.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not otherwise share personal information with third parties.
6. Overseas transfers
We operate from India and our providers are in the United States. If you are in Australia, your personal information will be transferred outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle it in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, including contractual data-processing terms with each provider.
7. How long we keep it
- Booking records in our own systems: 180 days from the booking, then deleted automatically.
- Meta cookies:
_fbpfor 90 days,_fbcfor 90 days. - Email correspondence and customer records: for as long as we have a business relationship with you, then up to 7 years where required for tax and legal purposes.
8. Security
Personal information sent to Meta is hashed before it leaves our server. Our site is served over HTTPS. Access to booking records is limited to our director. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to stop sending you marketing. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may also complain about how we handle your information. Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf.
To exercise any of these rights, email parikshit@accelerate-ai.tech. We respond within 30 days. If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. If you are in India, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email to people we have an active relationship with.
