Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Buildcrew is a brand of PRUTHIHQ AI SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, India (CIN U62011HR2026OPC141999, GSTIN 06AAQCP7276E1ZZ), with its registered office at 3689 Third Floor, Sector 23, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 122017, Haryana, India. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of buildcrew.dev and to booking an introductory call with us. Any paid engagement will be covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they conflict.
3. Booking a call
Booking a call is free and does not commit you to buying anything. You agree to give accurate contact details and to attend or cancel through the booking link. We may decline or cancel a call at our discretion, for example if the business is outside the type we work with.
4. Your information
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, interfere with its operation, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
6. Our content
The site, its design, text, images, videos and the Buildcrew name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, other than viewing the site in your browser. Third-party software names shown on the site belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
7. No guarantees
The site is provided as is. Descriptions of what Buildcrew can do are general and depend on your systems and setup. Results described by customers are their own experience and are not a promise of the same result for you. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the site and its content.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from an introductory call. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of doing so.
9. Third-party services
Bookings are made through Cal.com and calls are held on Google Meet. Those services have their own terms, which apply to your use of them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in Australia you keep any right to bring a claim in your local courts under Australian law.
